Agreeing to these terms

Welcome to ManaRox. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ManaRox Ltd. ("ManaRox", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Who can use ManaRox

You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:

Your account responsibilities

To access certain features of ManaRox, you must create an account. When you do, the following rules apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@manarox.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice.
• Your username must not impersonate another person, entity, or brand, and must not contain offensive or trademarked terms.

Plans, payments, and refunds

ManaRox offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms.

• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if you have not made significant use of premium features. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your account.
• Taxes: Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your subscription in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property rights

All content available on ManaRox — including but not limited to manga chapters, artwork, text, logos, interface designs, and software — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

What you may not do

You agree not to use ManaRox in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading, posting, or distributing content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing other users or members of the ManaRox community.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code or software that could harm the platform or other users.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other user accounts, or our server infrastructure.
• Using the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or chain letters.
• Impersonating any person, business, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security features or access controls of the platform.
• Sharing, reselling, or otherwise commercialising access to any part of the Services without our express written consent.

Content you create

ManaRox may allow you to post comments, reviews, ratings, lists, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ManaRox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

• You retain ownership of your User Content. The licence above ends when you delete your content or close your account.
• You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have the rights to post it.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or harmful, without prior notice.
• User Content must not contain personal information of third parties, explicit or adult material, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or illegal activity.

Service provided "as is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManaRox expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• That the accuracy or completeness of any content available on the platform is guaranteed.

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Our limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManaRox Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or any other cause.
• Any content or conduct of any third party on the platform.

Ending your account

Either you or ManaRox may terminate your account and access to the Services at any time.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

Usage and guidelines

By using our platform, you agree to follow all applicable rules, guidelines, and policies outlined in these Terms. We aim to provide a fair and safe experience for all users.

In case of any concerns or disagreements, we encourage users to contact us directly so we can review and resolve the issue in a reasonable and timely manner.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our platform or policies.

How we handle updates

We may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, our Services, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Email all registered users at least 14 days before changes take effect.
• Display a prominent in-app notice on your next login.

Your continued use of ManaRox after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may close your account before the changes take effect.
